Expert: Gambling Gun, bullets not a clear match (Press & Sun-Bulletin)
BINGHAMTON — A ballistics expert testified four spent casings from a murder scene matched the handgun that prosecutors said killed the victim, but bullets taken from the victim could not be matched to the same weapon.

Linden Online Gambling Lab Bans Gambling in Second Life (NewsFactor via Yahoo! News)
Linden Lab, the creator and (Online Gambling), and operator of the enormously popular virtual world “Second Life,” announced that the company will no longer allow gambling in its online service. The announcement marks a significant change for Linden Lab, which has generally taken a hands-off policy toward its customers’ virtual activities.

Congressman leads charge to regulate USA online gambling (Lottery Post)
July has been a good month for Congressman Barney Frank, Chairman of the influential House Financial Services Committee and -Online Gambling- and author of Bill HR 2046 the Internet Gambling Regulation and Enforcement Act which proposes the regulation and taxation of Internet gambling in the United States instead of banning the pastime.
